"I had a *B A D* experience (over several months) with another local state farm agent I had been with for years, so I switched to this agent instead. I had a question about how the insurance would shake out with a collision I was in, so rather than deal with calling state farm, I stopped in. Austin was SO helpful and friendly, and really helped me make sense of what to expect. He also pointed out a couple of places where I could make changes to the insurance I carry to make it better suit my needs. Prior to this visit, I was genuinely considering leaving state farm because my experience with the other local agent was SO spectacularly bad, but the way Austin handled my questions and helped me make sense of my insurance, is THE reason I didn't jump ship.
